VIKTORIA-1 clinical trial
REVTORPYK was studied in the global VIKTORIA-1 clinical trial
- Studied at 147 research sites in 23 countries
- Included 392 people with HR+ and HER2- breast cancer that progressed and did not have a PIK3CA mutation
- People had been treated before with a CDK4/6 inhibitor and an aromatase inhibitor (hormone/endocrine therapy)
- Ages ranged from 28 to 83 years, with a median* age of 56 years
