Dosing for REVTORPYK-based treatment
How you will receive REVTORPYK-based treatment
REVTORPYK is not chemotherapy—it is a targeted therapy given as an IV infusion, which may reduce the risk of certain side effects.
REVTORPYK is given as an infusion over 30 minutes on days 1, 8, and 15 of a 28-day treatment cycle
- If you miss a planned visit for REVTORPYK, call your oncologist right away to schedule an appointment
- Do not wait until the next planned treatment cycle
If you have certain side effects while taking REVTORPYK, your oncologist may change your dose, pause treatment, or stop treatment.
Before taking REVTORPYK
Tell your care team about all your medical conditions, including if you:
- have diabetes
- are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. REVTORPYK can harm your unborn baby
- are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed. It is not known if REVTORPYK passes into breast milk
Tell your care team about all the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Keep an up-to-date list of your medicines and share it with your care team or pharmacist when starting a new medicine.
